Home and Condo Show – Guest Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms By attending the Home and Condo Show (“Event”), guests agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in removal from the Event without a refund.
2. Admission and Registration
• Entry to the Event is free, and pre-registration is recommended but not required.
• Guests must provide accurate registration details if registering online or on-site.
• The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke admission at their discretion.
3. Event Conduct
• Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
• Any disruptive, offensive, or unlawful behavior may result in immediate removal from the Event.
• Harassment of exhibitors, staff, or other attendees will not be tolerated.
• Guests may not solicit sales, distribute unauthorized materials, or promote businesses unless permitted by the Event organizers.
4. Photography and Media Consent
• The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, guests consent to the use of their image and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Guests may take personal photos and videos but are prohibited from recording exhibitors’ presentations or materials without explicit permission.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
• The Event organizers, venue, and sponsors are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Guests attend the Event at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may arise during the Event.
• Guests should follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Event staff.
6. Children and Minors
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision and behavior of their children throughout the Event.
7. Event Changes and Cancellation
• The Event organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, relocate the Event, or cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any significant changes will be communicated through official Event channels.
8. Prohibited Items
• Weapons, hazardous materials, illegal substances, and any items deemed dangerous by Event security are strictly prohibited.
• Outside food and beverages may be restricted unless required for medical reasons.
9. Privacy Policy
• Guest information collected during registration will be used in accordance with the Home and Condo Show’s Privacy Policy.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
By attending the Home and Condo Show, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
